“The only thing inevitable is change.”
What do I mean by this? The positive changes that I witnessed while I working with other CFP baristas, the progress of how I make the coffee, and the difference between who I was before compared to the person I am now. I enjoy things that are essential in life. I’m glad to be part of the coffee industry which I’m passionate about. And I value the growth I’m experiencing.
By the age of 34, I dream of being a successful coffee shop owner.
In CFP I learned how to be down-to-earth, to be humble in small things, and to be good to my co-workers. These lessons are important in building confidence to start my own business in the future.
My dream is to be an entrepreneur ten years from now practicing harmony with the people.
I enjoy doing a variety of tasks including virtually in a company that realizes that employees are their greatest asset.
My dream – 10 years from now – is to have my own coffee shop promoting or selling local coffee beans here in the Philippines. And also I want to be a Certified Arabica Q-Grader.
